As part of my technical writing studies at BCIT, I learned graphic design and digital illustration skills including:

how to create vector illustrations
how to manipulate bitmaps
how to create composite image
colour theory
lighting techniques
how to create tables, graphs and charts

The following images demonstrate my skill with illustrations.

Valve and pump composite — The pump on the left was an existing bitmap illustration. I added the valve drawing on the right and the call-out text.

WWI British Army Compass — Using a photograph of a vintage WW1 British Army compass as my guide, I created this vector illustration.

Gantt Chart — I drew this Gaant chart as a vector illustration.

Telephone Vector Drawing — Using a pencil sketch for reference, I created this telephone drawing as a vector illustration.
